I paid $320 out the door two years ago. Must be the price of gas.

I payed $300.00 for a new 590 with ghost ring sights about 6 or 7 years ago.

It is O.K.
I could have bought a LNIB 590 about 2 years ago for $325. From a gun shop. I'm thinking $380 is a tad high. But not that bad......

I picked one up a few years ago at my local sporting goods store for $290. It was parkerized and had the heat sheild. It was a great gun, till I sold it.

$380 is probably a little high.

Bead sight, or ghost rings?

The last one I bought was a park'd ghost ring model with park'd heatshield factory installed and it was around $400 some years back.

I paid some $395 for a 590A1 with the thicker barrel, Ghost Ring Sights and the 8+1 capacity (I was working at a gun store, so I had the employee discount). If it's just a 590, then is a decent price.

The 590 os a great shotgun. I had one and I regret selling it now.
