Warm sunny day, chrono'd over a PACT about 3 feet in front of muzzle.  10 rounds each:

Port: headstamp BF 79 61, with NATO "cross & circle."  Avg = 2920 fps.  SD = 13.8 fps.  MAD = 11.2 fps.  ES = 43.7 fps.

S. African: headstamp R1M1.  2929.5 / 34.9 / 27.5 / 102.9.

S&B: headstamp 95.  2985 (it was in the sun, and was shot last) / 22.5 / 17.0 / 69.7.

I did not have an opportunity to check for grouping.

Good post.  Wish the SA was as consistent as the Port but this is not a perfect world.
