It's a good can for the price. I bought it because my dealer had one in stock, cut down the wait time considerably. I am happy with mine. If you hav'nt seen the review of the Phantom, here it is. You may have to sign up to read it, but the Phantom fared well on a short barrel.
ETA: Damn, beat by a few minutes with the link.

This exact same thing happened to me with the exact same results. ~Dg84

NO, your wrong. !0 inches on full auto needs to be confirmed with the manufacture due to high pressure. read the post, Of course its FA rated on a 16in barrel.

Has the manufacturer said it wasn't rated for 10.5 inch barrels? I have never heard that anywhere and I even tested it and they have seen the review. If it was not allowed, they would have said something by now.

It really all came down to price for me is the phantom priced at or near the competitions? I got my M4-1000 for $400. The YHM can is good and if you can get a really good deal then I would go with that. Oh John thanks for letting my shoot your MP5 at the Longview shoot I showed up really really late for the shoot and missed the actual testing.

I have no experience with it, but have heard nothing but good things. Supposed to be nearly as quiet as my m-4 2000 which cost twice as much.
