The list is pretty much endless.

WWI was belt-fed machinegun time for sure, BAR's and semi-suto pistols, scoped sniper rifles, aeroplanes, bombing, photo recon, the machinepistol and it led to the development of the submachinegun.

The French 75mm artillery piece incorprated all the requirements for a modern field gun and was the most advance weapon of it's time.  It had accurate sights, hydraulic recoil, rotary breech, high rate of fire and a good carriage for transport.

The great thing about war is that it advances technology and medicine at an amazing rate. Those hippies would have it a lot worse if it was not for a good world war every now and then.

Don't forget the old stuff that was still being used.  Yeah the bolt rifle reigned supreme and there were a few self-loading innovations.  But the Russians bought just about everything they could that could be chambered in 7.62x54r--Winchester 1895 for one.  And they were using a huge amount of other rifles in a myriad of calibers including black powder guns.
