What's your experience?

$1.70 for a box of 00buck sounds pretty nice. I will be shooting it in an 11-87 if that information has any importance.

I bought 1000 rounds of the Wolf "00" a few months ago, but unfortunately I haven't tested any of it yet.

There were some posts several weeks back where some of the guys said that someone else is making the shotshell ammo for Wolf and that it appears to be pretty decent quality and shoots good. I've never seen any, but apparently it is just standard #00.

I've shot the Wolf 00 through my 870 and my friend's Norinco 97 and it shot really well. Better than I expected and for the price you can't go wrong. I bought my friend 500 rounds for Christmas and we had to try it out. It didn't shoot as tight as the Federal LE 00 at 15 and 25 yards but I think that was due to the Federal being copper plated and not deforming as much as the Wolf which is pure lead. I wouldn't hesitate to use it for home defense in a pump gun. It seemed like it would have enough recoil to work the 11-87 but I wouldn't buy a large quantity until you tried it.

Wolf buckshot and slugs are great.

Just wish I could find more of it.
