Wolf 7.5x55 Swiss?

Has anyone heard anything about this? There's a thread over on the Swiss Rifle Forum about it. So far, it only seems like rumor, but rumor is, Wolf will be making 7.5x55 Swiss, and it may possibly be brass cased and boxer primed.

Anyone heard anything?

i highly doubt it. i would think they would come out with 30-06 before the 7.5. that being said it would be awesome

AFAIK, they DO have .30-06

No... they have .308. I thought I'd seen steel cased .30-06. Maybe they do, but their site shows

actually ive heard from 3 diff sources that they are going to be making it. brass cased boxer primed to begin production in the end of may. i just ordered another k31 today, my 3rd.

Someone should ask! I'd bet it will be FMJ, at least at first. Then maybe we'd see some HP or SP. I'd prefer some SP or HP, because the range I like to go to doesn't allow FMJ.

Awesome. I just put a K31 on layaway. About the time I go to pick up the rifle the new ammo will be available. Oh, and I'm looking to pick up a second K31 soon too. Something about these Swiss rifles is addicting for me.
