Has anyone else noticed a gold colored residue on the cases of this stuff (.223 value pack)?

I see that crap all over my 9mm winchester value pack rounds.  It even comes off when I'm reloading the cases.  But at $0.11 a round, I get decent brass and a free load!

The low cost (and ability to reload) is very attractive... the gold dust coating my AR is getting is not hey,
