I was just given a First Samco weaver-rail light-mount. I tried it on my Glock 35's rail, and it fit just fine. Snaps into place, and doesn't move a bit. I haven't fired it with the light on yet, so that will be the real test...

Probably. Make sure that it can't "walk" under recoil tho'. I used a sure-fire intended for a glock, on a picatinny rail. It walked the first time I used it. It was on tight. I had to dremel the little tab so that it would fit in the grooves of the rail. Worked perfect after that.

This baby is on there tight, so I hope it works. Sounds like you did the opposite of what I'm doing- took a dedicated Glock mount and used it on a uni-mount. I am taking something designed for weaver rail and using it on my Glock. If it worked ok for you, it should work ok for me---I'll post range results soon!
