Fellas...and ladies...
got a M16A1 RR receiver coming soon, and I am trying to get some accessories/parts lined up.  Can't decide between the LMT collapsible stock, or the Vltor collapsible set?  You guys prefer one or the other?  I have never held or felt either, so any comments are appreciated.  ANd will they run with the buffer and spring they provide, or should I stick with a colt buffer and spring?  THanks!!!!

The best setup IMHO is a Colt receiver extension with either the VLTOR Modstock or the LMT SOPMOD buttstock. Since you have a Colt RR I would def use a Colt receiver extention. The fit between the Colt tube and the aforementioned stocks is absolutely perfect...nice and snug but not too tight.

I like the VLTOR extensions as well, but I think they look cheesy as shit with the numbers they are putting on them now.

The LMT SOPMOD is a really solid piece of gear and will give you the best stockweld, however it is bigger than the VLTOR stock.

If you do go with the VLTOR make sure you get the rubber butt pad...it makes a world of difference.

Enjoy....O3 out!!
