First, I'll assume that you're looking for the 16"-barreled post-ban version. Your dealer can try to get one from one of his distributers (which will cost your dealer less money, though he may or may not pass on the savings to you), or he can order from Bushmaster directly.
If you're talking about a "real" pre-ban M4gery, there is no such thing from the factory, as this configuration didn't exist before the '94 ban. You'd have to find a pre-ban Bushmaster for sale somewhere and convert it into M4 configuration. That's what the rest of us do. -Troy |

Post ban is fine for me.
The dealer in my area has a NIB postban, but with a $1300 price tag. I was just curious to see where everyone else was ordering them from. I'll probably just stick to AuctionArms.com or Gunbroker.com |

Saw a new Bushy M4 14.5in w/brake A2 at the dealer last week for $769.
I ordered an M4 16in A2 upper 5 weeks ago from Bushy and they are still predicting 2 more weeks before they ship. |

Cheaper Than Dirt in Fort Worth, TX just received a NIB one. 2001 model A3 upper with mini Y-comp muzzle brake, tele-style stock, the works! They have it tagged $900. + which is too high compared to the other recommendations on this thread. Have a good day.
