Civilians won't be seeing one for awhile, if at all. LE/Agency only.

The guy holding that thing looks like he's got a wax head.

If not for civilians, why the two models (one without pistol grip and FH and one with)?

The regular stock one looks like it would be a better choice for LEO then that 5.56 verison of the pump 870s that a lot of Depts are heading for.

I heard that Beretta was showing what a California legal model would look like, if they were to make it. Beretta wants to make it for us, but there's alot that could happen between now and then. I wouldn't be surprised if they do, as it seems Beretta is stepping up to the civilian market lately. (90-Two, M9A1, PX4, CX4, possible RX4.)

The evil feature free models are probably going to be marketed to other countries with strict gun laws as well.

Also note the "flush" fit 10 round magazine well in the "legal" one.

I hope they don't release those to CIVILIANS!

The fourth pic from the top makes it look pretty good-I think the fixed stock version would look nice with a flash suppressor.

any word on pricing?  is the ban-complaint version going to be cheaper than it's most direct competitor, the mini-14?

I hope they do make one avaible for people that live in CT, as I would pick one up ijn an instant!

To bad they didn't finish the in time for Batman Begins....

I saw on another forum, that the pistol grip version id a full auto. Obviously LEO only..

Also, are these made in the US, or Italy?? If they are made in Italy, you have the inport restrictions to deal with for civilian sales.. Of course those restrictions do not exist for LEO sales..

Yeah, I';d hit it.  Reminds me of a nicer version of the mini14, but anyway, it'd be a nice compliment to my Cx4 Storm.

These rifles are imported so most of them are going to LE.  They mentioned a civilian legal version that will come later which is the one without the FH and has the straight stock.  I played with it and found that the mag release was really far forward and you would need to have long fingers to drop the mag like an AR15.  But you could probably remove your support hand and press the button kind of like how you change an mp5 mag.  The biggest dissapointed for me was that it was only in 223 right now, but with a name like RX4 you'd think that they would be able to switch calibres.  The rep said cops don't need a 308 trunk gun.

And sell it for about 8-900 bucks

I'll take one with the straight stock, even if it is only in .223.

This thing will fail in the American commerical market like the HK SL8.

the SL8 failed because it was a piece of shit. sure it was neat, and comfortable and damn accurate with a mounted scope but for $1100 you got plastic sights, expensive and brittle 10rd magazines, and in the case of my 2 friends who bought them...cracked stocks before they hit 5000rds.

i would really like one of those collapsable stock berettas. the idea that they are LE only doesnt really phase me. wasnt the 1201 shotgun supposedly LE only and they show up for sale all the time.

anyone know anything about the precision rifle over Tombstone's right shoulder?
