With the CAR stock and 18" barrel, sure would be handy.

A real bad-boy with 00-buck or sabbots.

Wonder if the CAR stock can take the recoil with 00 or slugs - guess that's what the porting's for.

Pretty exprensive for a pump-gun - $700.

Im trying to figure out the reason behind that?  OK, the adjustable length of pull on the stock is nice, but at what cost?  Those obnoxious sights that are HIGH over the bore and now force me to compensate for that on a shotgun too?

I'll stick with my 870 or my Benelli

Wow.

Since FN purchased Winchester / U.S. Repeating Arms it was only a matter of time before something this would happen.

I've never seen a 1300 with AR sights and a CAR stock before.

let's see here, the stock looks ergonomicaly incorrect, there's no pad so it's gonna be painful, the sites look goofy at best, the point behind the pistol grip looks painful also, the price is outrageous for a modified 1300, and the whole thing is simply ugly!

I think I'll take an 870 police trade-in for $300, thank you.

Falls into the catagory of "You could but why would you"

"...Every night when the shop keepers would close up shop, Big Benelli, Mr. Mosseberg, and Roger Remington would gather round and relentlessly tease Walter Winchester 1300 about always bringing his retarded cousin to the party."

Every night Walter Winchester would simply reply:
"Come on guys, he's not retarded, he's just "special-purpose".
