That airplane is a deathtrap.  I hope he knows what he's doing, or employs a pro that does.

Dips on his guns, ammo and stamps.

the porch doesn't wrap all the way around.

Depending on the state and acreage

+/- $310K for the house
+/- $2.4M for what's under it.

that would be adjusted for whatever is in the small wooden boxes - stamps, coins, knives, and it needs a little fixing-upping.  I wouldn't take the plane, 'cuz I don't have one of these:

That vault alone is 1,600 sq feet.  I think $310k for that house is way low.

Somewhere out there, there is an ATF officer who can't wait to destroy that collection.

The house is probably worth more like $1.5 to $2 million depending on whether or not it has modern upgrades on the interior.  That is a large manor-home in the South....they are not inexpensive.

And this is all dependent upon how much land the home sits on.  He has a private plane parked in the front yard; that suggests he either has enough land for a private airstrip OR that he lives in an airplane community that has its own airstrip to be used by home owners in the community (yes these types of communities do exist).  That estate (minus the firearms collection) could be valued in excess of $10 million if there is a great deal of land included.
