What rounds are you all using for your suppressed .223/5.56???

I have a Can on the way that will be used on an 18", 12" and 10.5" AR...  None have adjustable Gas Blocks...

You might as well ask "what ammo are you guys shooting through ARs?"

Um... Everything. There isn't really "silencer ammo" for 5.56. Just use decent ammo appropriate for your twist rate.

I shoot 55gr FMJs over 23.5gr of H335 for range ammo, and 77gr SMKs for serious use.

I shot 2 boxes of TAP 55gn ammo to check if it ran well suppressed. Other than that, my rig eats just about everything with no issues.

Pretty much this. There's no subsonic ammo that will cycle a 5.56 AR (that I'm aware of) so just shoot what you like.

I've noticed in my rifles that the Tula and wolf steel cased ammo has about half the gas blow back of 556, so I shoot those a lot. Probaly be cause they are week sauce.

Wolf, mk318, m193, 5.56 browntip, etc.

I have not the empirical evidence to prove it, but it seems like any low flash powder-powered ammunition would be a good choice for a silencer ammunition.  Also that HPR hyperclean might be a good idea too as it's less gas residue which seems like it would mean better suppression?

Thousands of rounds of Russian steel case bimetallic rounds, works fine for range or training.

Its just a rem 700 that I trued up, SBR'd with a fast twist barrel, manners stock and surgeon bottom metal. AAC spr/m4 can. I think the barrel is 12". 80's come out the end at 2550fps.
It puts a beat down on them.

I used to throw a lot of Wolf steel cased stuff through the SBR/can, but now that I'm bringing out the rifle again, I'll probably stick to brass cased stuff.  If not M193/M855 spec stuff, then similar ammo like Wolf Gold.

I never had any problems with Wolf steel; it's just a personal preference now.

Ive ran anything and everything through it. Never ran into an issue.

Ive recently used steel cased with no problems as well

Today I threw some 75 grain HSM and Hornady through mine along with some 62 grain Radway Green.

I have a pic of your gun saved on my phone, I love how that rifle looks and I'm inspired to make a similar one. Thanks for sharing it.
