Looks like a mosin (eta: 1891/59 carbine?) or finnish model but I can't tell you for sure.

Mosin M44, worth less than $100.
ETA I guess that I might pay $100 for it if I were interested in another Mosin. |

They sell for $70 for C&R folks. $100 isn't a terrible price. |
