I want to sbr 2 lowers, both a 9mm and a 5.56.  I have no problem getting aCLEO sig.  My wife I is not into guns and my children are very young.   What kind of legal hassle or nightmare will they have to go through to deal with these two sbr weapons if I pass away without warning?  With all my other firearms they can just sell them but would the sbr's be a major headache for a family that is not into guns to deal with?

I really don't want to go the trust route.  I'm not sure if my kids would even want an sbr and I know my wife would not nothing to do with them.  Could she just sell them to a class 3 dealer with minimal hassle or something?
