I've heard it enough, now I want to know what exactly it means. What does MOA mean in reference to bullet groups?

Really roughly it equates to a 1" group at 100 yds, 2" group at 200 yds, etc...

MOA refers to an angular unit of measure that subtends 1.047 inches @ 100 yards.  Like they said above, 1 MOA = 1" @ 100, 2 MOA = 2" @ 200, etc...

2 MOA @ 100 = 2" and @ 200 = 4".  3 MOA @ 300 = 9" and so on.
