The FN SPR that is "Sprecial Police Rifle"  Based on a Winchester M70 action and has a chrome lined match barrel.  They dont make you use detachable mags in the new A1 versions and it even comes in a 20" fluted version like the LTR.  Badger makes mounts for em now and it can be had from the factory with badger mounts, rings and a Leupold 3.5x10 M3 LR scope.  I have never like bolt guns because they are maintenance intensive and heavy.  The chromed lined 20" has me thinking about gettting one.

Weelll, the FN out shot three $4000+ rifles during accuracy tests.  Gotta make you re-think the whole chrome-lined barrel-accuracy thing.

FN SPR line has been revamped by Jim Owens, the new SPRs are superb shooters.  It is amazing what they can do worth a M240 barrel.
