Any recommendations on what buffer to use on an 11.5" SBR?  I was planning on using a standard H buffer but before I go buy one I just wanted to see what the peanut gallery has to say.  Thanks!

In for the answer seeing as I'm waiting on my stamp to come back for my 11.5er

Vltor A5 system with standard buffer. Before that a mil spec extension with a spikes ST-T2. A5 system cycles smoother and keeps the muzzle down.

My Colt 6933 (11.5) has a H buffer in it from Colt.
I use the H in 10.5 also

I run a Spikes ST-T2 in my 10.5.  I did have an H.  Both function just fine, but the ST-T2 feels better.

Per Ken Elmore @ SAW, I'm going to use the H3 when I finally take possession of my 6933 (4+ months on the stamp so far )

ST-T2 has worked well for my 10.5" and 11.5" rifles.

I have an H2 I can pull out of another rifle if need be so I'll stick with the H buffer and if I need to troubleshoot I'll have access to a H2.  Thanks for the help guys!

H3 spikes. Feels the best and runs just a touch smoother than the H2 did.

I run a H3 in my DD MK18 10.3, and  no issues suppressed or unsuppressed using a Colt H3 buffer.
