The blast baffle looks like a steel insert. The rest are aluminum....I think what you'd call a "monocore" design.

They've got a video out there where they show and tell about the innards of the Osprey.

i thought it was all aluminum except the booster assembly.

I think the blast baffle is part of the booster assy.

Both.

The blast baffle is steel and the rest of the baffles are aluminum (90%+ of the pistols cans on the market are built like that).
