Austrialian?

I have used Austailan and Port.  Both have been 100% but I think the Aussie has an edge in accuracy.

Australian.
Did buy 60 rounds of Federal when the 110 rounds of Aussy I brought to the range proved to be too little an amount.

Radway Green and Australian.

Aussie and Port.  I find the Port to be hotter, and dirtier than Aussie.  And it leaves green gunk around the mouth of my chamber ( probably sealant).  Although, the Port is cheaper than the Aussie.

Whatever is closest to the top of the pile .
The last time it was 147 gr Hirt , but it sems

Back when I got the Polytech M1A all I shot was Norinco.  I haven't shot it over 5 years but I was shooting a little Port, Cavim and some Ugandan stuff from J&G that I'd bought 7+ years ago.  That Ugandan is HOT and don't think I'll be shooting it in the M1A anytime soon...then again after 5 years I guess I haven't shot it "anytime soon"!
Other than plenty of the Ugandan ammo if I were to get out and do some plinking I have Cavim the most followed by Norinco.

Port and Aussie.

I still have a small amount of the Norinco copper washed 147g stuff left. I tried it through my new M1A Scout today and it shot it great.  I was shooting at 4x6 ShootNC's. It would lay every shot in one of the targets at 100m. Out of a 20rd mag, it would cluster 12-14 shots in 1.5". I wish I could find more of it.

I was using South African until my local dealer wasn't able to get anymore. So now I'm using Austrialian.

Of the stuff commonly available right nowI like the Port best it is the best combo of price and performance.SA is good but seems less consistent (less accurate) and is dirtier burning.I like the Aussie also but it is more expensive so I like the Port best.

I'm still working my way through the large pile of Spanish-made Santa Barbra I got a great deal on a couple of years ago at a couple of different Gun Shows...

I'm almost through with it, however. I started with about 3000 rounds. I'm now down to about 500. I like the Santa Barbra pretty good, but it's no longer available.

I'll probably get a couple of cases of the M80 Ball from CMP this Spring and save the empties to reload.

If I weren't going to reload, I'd get all the Australian that I could afford/lay my hands on.

Port, Aussie, Cavim and hand loads.  The Port is much more accurate than the Aussie in my rifle, but the Aussie is much cleaner.  The Port does seem to be a bit hotter, but I have chronographed neither.

Portugese and some Norma made surplus in 200 round battlepacks.  Getting some South African to restock, I'm running low.

I am using the South African with good results.  After I shoot all of it up I will switch to the Aussie.  My M1A likes it about as well as the SA.  I too, would like to know where some more SA is available.  I haven't seen it offered for quite some time.
