Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Weaver 4X Marksman vs. 4X K4

I was shopping around for used scopes and found a Weaver 4X Marksman scope.  It is marked "Weaver Marksman 4X USA"  and is about 11.5" long.  It appears to be made of steel.
It has  crosshair reticle.

Anyone know anything about these scopes and if they are the samee scope as the K4 's

How much are they worth and should I get it for my 10/22 ?
