What's the difference between a WASR-10 and a Semi-Auto AK-47?  Just wondering...

The wasr 10 was built to use single stack 10 round mags so that it met the sporting purposes nonsense to be imported.
They're easy to convert to use full capacity mags.

Most of the ones out there have already been altered to take double stack mags.  Cenury did a heck of a job on mine, the steel mags wobble all over, but still run fine.  Polymer mags fit much better.

My local Dunhams has three Century Arms WASRs for sale for $599 each.  Is that a good/bad price?

I know nothing about Kalishnakov rifles.

They use to be 200-300 so it's not exactly a good price for a wasr.

I've seen plenty of WASR's around for $400-$450.

That's still too expensive. I wouldn't pay more, that's for sure.
