Those few who are running one, what is available and from whom are you getting accessories. Mine is in transit and I want to start researching additions. Thanks.

KTOG is a good place to start: http://www.ktog.org/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?board=499

On my RFB #T0029, I've added a few items:

-6x ACOG from Bear Basin
-LaserMax UniMax green LASER from Natchez
-LAPUA subsonic, Winchester Q3130, etc. ammo from MIDWAY USA
-Cheekrest (stick-on) from Caldwell Shooting Supplies
-Bayonet from Kel-Tec CNC
-Bayonet lug adapter (in R&D with a prototype)
-KYDEX adjustable cheekrest (in R&D)
-Discrete Case (COFFIN Case for electric guitar) from Musician's Friend
-QD pushbutton sling mounts from Daniel Defense
-Singlepoint sling from Blue Force Gear
-Custom flat ground wrenches (for FH/jamnut removal) from Hooper LE Supply
-SILENCER (CYCLONE) from AAC (pending)
-FN FAL Herstal 20rd metric magazines (10 packs, nos, niw) from STURMGEWEHR etc.

-Pickup some pure white Lithium grease, Permatex Anti-Seize, EEZOX etc. to keep things running smoothly.

Some of the other owners of RFBs have installed different muzzle brakes, FHs, GripPods, bipods, accessory rails, BORS, a wide variety of scopes & reflex dot sights, BUIS, special coatings/finishes, flashlights...

The RFB is a pretty special weapon & extremely well designed for ambidextrous shooting. That's a lot of .308 punch in a very compact package. Kel-Tec has a virtual monopoly on this niche market & has thoroughly debugged the weapon prior to release.

I have an FSC30 brake on mine which works really well. If you want to mount a light you will need an offset mount (mounted to to rail), but I am thinking of making a drop in handguard that supports an integrated light.

Quad rails are coming from kel-tec but not out yet. KT rep told me that the would be here by the end of the year.

Yup, about 3 years earlier than any significant quantity of rifles.

I don't have one YET, but here's the setup I want:

RFB Carbine
7.62 Suppressor (TBD)
Aimpoint Comp M4s w/ LaRue Tactical QD Mount 500-014-659
Aimpoint 3X Magnifier 11324 With LaRue Tactical QD Pivot Mount LT649
(The ELCAN SpecterDR w/7.62 reticle would also be a cool optic for an RFB)

Watch Gunbroker and be prepared to pay a premium or wait until they ramp up production. I chose the former. I have seen SRP ranging from 1250.00 and change to 1899.00 on KEL TEC's site.

MSRP has never been $1250, ever.

$1250 has been what some distributors have listed as their dealer pricing (some have been a bit lower actually, that number is on the higher end for dealer pricing).

It's always been $1880.

Exactly correct. This is where the intranet can bite us in the ass. I work part time for a small gun store, guy calls wants an RFB (I recommended getting a different rifle like I did since he said he wanted it quick) and the owner tells him it will be 1,500+tax/background check. That seemed like a pretty fair price to me, the guy stated "go fu@k yourself, that gun is only $1,200". I don't mind if you want to be a dick, just be a well informed dick.

From Reds Trading Post.

RFB Carbine 7.62 NATO 18 Inch Chrome-Lined Barrel 10 Round
$1,299.99

Like I said, before I was interrupted. SRP is a wide spread. Who knows what the price will be when they are dumped on the market.

That's a single dealer's price, and it should be noted that Kel-Tec does NOT have Minimum Advertised Pricing policies in effect.

I can go post up on my website that I'm selling RFBs for $27.95 plus S&H, but who cares if I can't and won't deliver the product?  At $1299 they're going to be making under $100, if even that much (depending on their distributor), and I can almost guarantee that you won't see the rifle for at least another 6 months, if not closer to a year.  Maybe.

Got mine yesterday and it was not 1299.00. Folks are reporting prices from 1500.00 on up, so who knows what they will settle in at.

DSA has just started shipping brand new Made In The USA 20 rounders. 25 & 30 round to follow. Right now they are delivering to folks that pre-ordered. I've read somewhere that DSA was testing their new mags for use with the RFB in addition to the FAL.

Yep, I just got my 20 rounders yesterday. Very nice mags, I haven't tried them out yet but I will soon.
