They received my Nagant revolver 3 weeks ago for barrel threading. I called and made sure they received it because FedEx tracking said they left it on the doorstep.
Anyway, the lady I talked to said yep, they had it. But it has been three weeks and I have not heard anything since. This is my first time sending something to them. Is this normal? Do they call before sending it back to me? I marked down as "call me for payment info", so I expected a call pretty soon after they got it. It is fine if it is normal. I just want to calm my nerves.

I can't tell you their turn around. They wouldn't even call me back when I had questions. Someone else got my business.

my neighbor had his beretta barrel threaded and it took 6 weeks. He sent in a 10/22 barrel later and it took 3 weeks.
