Anyone have any dealings with Tony Marfione of Microtech? Is he a decent guy or is he an a-hole? The reason i ask is that a friend of mine just started working for him. I told my friend about some things that i have heard about T.M. and he did not seem to care. Should he be concerned about working for this guy? Any info would be appreciated.

A lot of us know about TM and some of us know people who have worked for him. Your friend obviously doesn't want to listen to you so let him learn the hard way.
