Is there a 22 cal conversion kit in the works?
how is the length of pull in comparison to a AR
collapsable stock all the way in?
Planned on using this rifle as a family gun so
the women in my family have to use it.

I have never heard anything about a .22 conversion.
Here is my Tavor compared to my 14.5" AR with the stock on the first notch.

I know the length of pull looks like a lot compared to the AR but it really doesn't feel like it at all, it's strange. It is very well balanced so that might have a lot to do with it. If the women in your family are trying to get a short length of pull to move the weight to the rear the bullpup design already does that.

The manticore arms slim buttpad takes about an inch off the length of pull and I highly recommend it.

I measured my length of pull at 16 inches, while that sounds long it is not noticeable when shouldered. It seems much shorter.
