I ordered one, a 0.750 diameter, and am having trouble finding a light weight hand guard that it will fit inside of.

What are you guys using?

Id like to use a Bravo company KMR13, its only 7.5 ounces, but it is probably a few hundredth's of an inch too small. (1.3 ID for a gas block thats 1.38 tall).

No word from Syrac who have not been very helpful.

Bravo company got right back to me but their diagram showed it would barely fit and probably not be free floating.

if it doesnt fit under this, it wont fit under anything

I have one. It fits inside my YHM free float rail no problem.

Mine fits under a MI tube for DPMS GII .308, also a Geissele MK4 rail on my .300 BO SBR.

It won't fit under a Daniel Defense Lite Rail!

I have a Gen 1 that fits in my DD Lite. I guess the Gen II are bigger?

The Gen 1 is taller, 1.430 vs 1.383 for Gen II.

Both these are for 0.750 gas block.

The MI key mod does not seems to have as sophisticated a barrel nut lock up compared to the Bravo company but looks like it might fit the Gen II. It is a bit cheaper also.

Thanks,how close to the bottom of the two set screws is the inside of the rail?

I don't know if the height difference on the Gen 2 will make enough difference, but on my NSR with a Gen I I couldn't use a clamp on. Only the set screw model had enough clearance. The clamp on made contact with the rail at the bottom.

I purchased the set screw model.

Do you like the Bravo Company KMR as much as your Noveske?

Do the panels fit on both hand guards?

I have a gen 1 syrac under a KMR 13 with a 0.75" shoulder and it fits for me.

It fits under a MI SSK-KEYMOD. I have a 9 inch on a 10.5 upper.

Thanks, the gen 1 is a bit taller so I should be OK w a Gen 2 on the BC KMR13.

ditto, but I originally had it under a Troy Alpha rail on my 7.5" pistol, the rail has since been switched to a pistol length YHM Light Quad.

Not the best pics but hopefully they work for you. This is on a 10" KMR and 11.5" barrel. I would guess there is 3/32"-1/8" clearance on the bottom and 5/32" clearance on the top. Plenty of room.
