How are these rails? I'm really considering it for my DJ Getz gun. Is it true
that they're discontinued?

I have a couple and I really like them. I got tired of swapping between my MP5 and HK53 clones, so I bought the second one.

Idk if they're discontinued, but they're fairly common at $100-150 in excellent to like-new condition.

They're solid rails and the best option besides the Knight's Armament rails that are rare and expensive. Their front pushpin pivoting mount that is adjustable with an allen wrench is brilliant ensuring that the hanguard has a 100% tight fit.

Worth every penny. I have several and they just work.

I have one on an mp5 clone. I like it alot. Good design to ensure a tight fit. I got it because I wanted to use my suppressor and still keep my flashlight.

I agree 100%. Solid, snuggable and affordable, or at least they were.

My only compliant is the lightening holes look awful. It appears they were done that way on purpose to shed maximum weight, but they're just plain hideous.

Did you win that one Phoenix Distributors had on GunBroker?

For the price I would rather have a FAB defense rail from RTG @$120.   The rear wraps around the trunnion area so it is secure on both ends.   The diameter with rail covers is the perfect size and that was a big factor for me.
