I was out shooting and noticed while a friend was shooting my rifle that the suppressor was vibrating after about 10 consecutive shots. It was not much but enough to see it. I am running a KAC SR15 with a KAC NT4 suppressor. I understand barely harmonics ect but I am new to the suppressor world and wanted to check this out. I assume a thicker profile barrel would stop this?

Suppressor should never be loose. Re tighten when noticed....

I never said it was loose, at all. The suppressor vibrates due to the shot and barrel.

Not sure how you're seeing vibration, but it's certainly possible if the harmonics are right.  Personally, I wouldn't worry about it if the can is tight and you aren't getting a weird POI shift.

Its shooting a little low left but not much. If you focus on the can you can actually watch it vibrate for a few seconds after a shot is fired.

If something is unthreading put high temp loctite or rocksett on the threads

Again, NOTHING is loose or coming unloose.

What is the barrel profile and length?

Are you seeing the heat coming off the can and confusing the mirage for vibration?
