Seriously considering suppressing it. Has anyone here suppressed a Socom? Pros, cons? Issues with doing it?

It will also help if there is any misalignment with the thread adapter. An adjustable gas plug is good too but it is not as effective as they are on an AR.

Luckily his can was repaired for free through silencerco. Be careful with alignment after putting on the barrel extension. It threw his off just enough.

Thanks, luckily I have a suppressor alignment rod..... so when I get around to doing that I'll make damn sure I check it.

I've checked every one of my rifles before I suppress it for alignment issues. I'm not real wild about having a baffle strike LOL.
