have you experienced any dramatic point of impact shift with going from suppressed to un-suppressed?

I have about 400 rounds down the tube at this point unsuppressed, but I just got the suppressor the other day. Had enough time to paint it up and hope to get to the range in the next few weeks. I'll post my results then.
