Do they exist? The closest thing I've found is one with a hogue stock in red. I want an all black 10/22 and don't feel like having to buy the stock just to later replace it with a hogue.

I dont think so. You could buy the combo set that butler creek has, black stock and bull barrel. I think cabelas sells them for $200. Or you could just get a hogue/tacsol barrel.
