Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Starting to plan my next rifle

Here is what I want, and want to do.

Remington 40X  
Will mostly be target shooting out to 300 yards.
Will probably do some varmint hunting.

here are the 2 I have narrowed down to, I am kinda leaning to the first one, because when I put something together it will be like the second one.
