I had a small, 2xAAA batt MityLite, made by Pelican which had a batt swell up and crack the plastic body of the light.

Long story, I sent it off in June to be replaced under warranty.  >>Crickets chirping<<

Called 'em up today, and nice lady on phone squared me away after finding me on their computer.  Guess I fell thru the cracks.
So far, so good. Turned out it was easier to send me a whole light instead of body, so that was cool.  Spare parts for me.

Here's where it gets interesting:  While talking on phone, I noticed on comp screen that they just came out with an LED version ov my little light.
I asked phone rep could I buy one of these, and pay difference on credit card?
No, she said, she wasn't set up to do that, but she could send me a sample, since I had waited so long.

So, two new lights coming in mail!
