Slamfire on FAL full auto setting?

Some FALs have a selector switch for full auto and when on FA the hammer will come forward with the bolt without firing another round. Is there a concern with slamfire? I know there is a spring that holds the firing pin back but if the spring is weak will it cause a slamfire/FA?

Nope. The hammer will just follow the bolt carrier forward.

There have been report of slam fire when the selector is set to FA, thiese were caused by week firing pin spring and soft (comercial) primers. most of the time this lead to out of battery discharge. usually just scares the SHIITE out of you, but if it happens alot and the round goes off in the just the right place it may turn you receiver into a hand grenade right next to your face. so what lessons did we learn, leave selector to semi aauto, and make sure you hammer spring is not worn

Yup...

Good lessons to learn...

Also, if you reload for the rifle, use a primer that's designed for military type selfloaders, like  the CCI #34 (which has a slightly harder primer cup than most commercial primers)...
