I picked up an Army manual today about Silencers from 1968. Not too exciting but worth it. I was wondering if anyone suggested any other good reads on silencers in general. I'm aware of the home manuals on how to make, but not much interested as they are a recipe for potential problems unless one thinks it worth paying a $200 stamp for a pvc pipe with washers and steel wool. Anyone have a good book they'd advise reading for the history and science aspect? thanks
