yes....you make anything work, it may not be as clean as the way they fit on the MOLLE ruck but I have put them on there, they do flop around a bit... (edit: because they are so large and there are not a complete MOLLE attachment points)
As another option, SAW pouches work great (200 round model) it is not as big but works great to hang off the ALICE and I use them on my MOLLE ruck also NSN - 8465-01-524-7620 In this picture below it is the 2 front lower pouches
