I've been considering a good choice for tactical scope rings.  I want something Heavy Duty, like what Uncle Sam would use.  I'm not sure about Quick Detachability, but if it would retain the zero of the scope it might be nice.  Here are the models I'm considering:

Smith Enterprise   Heavy Duty Medium   .5" rise

Badger Ordnance  Maximized Medium   .885" rise

DSA Heavy Duty Tactical High                .747"rise

US Tactical Systems  Hi-profile                .775" rise
                                Lo-profile               .420" rise

A.R.M.S.  #22 QD Low                            .925" rise

I am open to other suggestions, options, etc.  I need these to be made of steel, 30mm, and I'm going to be using them on an M1A with a Super Sniper 10x42
