Has anyone tried this gun? Dose it have a working folding stock?

It looks like a cheap gun to plink with, considering getting one I just wish it was SBR

These have a milled reciever with a 16” barrel, grey steel stock, matte blue finish, recoil operated blow back bolt system, chrome lined bore and fixed peep sight. Milled reciever? Weren't SW76s tube guns? I guess it would be OK if you're in a ban state, but I'd rather have one of the real ones, or the later copies. Just a step abouve a MAC in affordability and supposed to be one of the best subguns ever made.
