I hate Top Notch, though it is a Catch 22 because they are the only ones who sell the parts. A G36's lower differs from that of the SL8. On the SL8, it utilizes a lower reciever. The G36 only has the upper receiver and a trigger pack that drops into the gun. So, no the stock from a G36 will not just go right on. Keep your eyes open as I see people selling the conversion kits from time to time. |

Well there is one option. SBR your rifle to bypass 922r, hell you would come out cheaper anyway and then you wouldn't have to use TN at all. The only thing you will need is a G36 Bolt as the SL8 is missing a lug.
With an SBR rifle, you could pay someone to modify the SL8 lower and attach a G36 stock. Good luck either way. |

You'll need to call TN. Otherwise be very patient for a reply via email.
Ive seen a few people who went the SBR route retrofit G36 lowers on their clone but as I recall it required some tinkering. Not to mention its only gonna get harder to find "real" g36 parts from now on. If your serious, post some WTB ads on hkpro.com and sturmgewehr.com. You might get a few bites there. |

Are you sure? I have yet to see someone do the same thing that Tactical Excellence is doing for the USC's on their SL8's. I read HKPRO all the time and I would think this info would have popped up on there by now. |
