Has anyone else been told by their dealer that all US SCAR orders are canceled because of labor issues at the Belgium plant?   My SCAR-17 was due in this week.

Haven't heard that before but if you can't find one bear arms arizona has one and they ship. Just as we were seeing flooding market lowering prices.

If this is true then prices will go up because of issue.  I picked up a 17s for 2577.00 from Gunbroker.

I work for a FN distributor.  17's and 16's are still coming in on a weekly basis.  So are 5.7 handguns.  PS90's have been few and far between for a while.

Ugh I miss my FS2000. Not enough to pay what they're running now though. Don't know what you got til it's gone, and all that.

Not me. I wasn't all that impressed with my FS2000. Especially the fact that you couldn't use MagPul Pmags in it because of the rubber seal and because the regular AR15 magazines were not drop free. The SCAR 17 is a much better rifle than the FS2000. I'm keeping my SCAR 17 and not missing my FS2000 one bit.

Oh no I agree, it's one of the least favorite bullpups ive owned overall. It just looks so darn futuristic!

Maybe the labor issues are at your FFL?

"Ya mean the gun at the very top  of the shelf out back? Yeah I think we should be able to reach it next week"

We haven't had a time we have been out of stock on black or FDE 17's for a while.  My guess is your FFL didn't want to meet the allocation required.  FN distributors tend to tie American made guns to Belgian guns since that's how they have to buy them.
