anybody cut a remmy 700 down to SBR length? am thinking about cutting my AAC-SD down to about 12 inches since i only run it with subsonic ammo and a suppressor.

Check the non-AR SBR picture thread. I remember seeing a guy who SBR'd a .300blk R700.

I got frustrated with ejection problems when it was a 300 whisper so I changed it back to a 223. Its a pac nor super match 11" 7 twist. AAC spr/m4 is the can. Just shy of 16" with the can attached. I'll be shooting it this weekend for the first time so I have no idea how it will sound yet.

That is one sexy rifle and I am jealous If my state allowed SBR hunting I would be all over it with a bolt rifle. Have you ever considered doing a 6.8 spc it should rock out of a rifle like that!
