I ordered a M4 complete upper on 1/9.

I ordered just a plain standard $425 M4 upper no carry handle.

Still no charge.

Anyone else that ordered a Plain M4 upper between 1/8 to 1/10 receive any charge or shipping notification yet?

I was charged for a plain 16" M4 upper yesterday. No shipping notification yet, obviously. I ordered on 1/08 so you should be charged any day now.

Also of note, I had to email them updated payment information. I never got a reply from them about it but they obviously received it. Wish they would have just sent me a "got it." or something.

My credit card has been charged on 3/27. I have an email stating that the UPS shipping label has been created but no updates as of yet.
I expect to receive them next week sometime. WHOHOO!!!

Boy do I have some time to wait...this all reminds me of 2009 when it took me 6 months to get my Del-Ton rifle kit..

I placed an order for a stripped lower on 2/13.
I also placed an order for a 20" fluted bull barrel upper on 2/13 then sent an email on 2/14 requesting a change to another butt stock. I recieved an email response within 3 hours that they were cancelling the upper order and that I should place a re-order with the butt stock I wanted. They also said I would not lose me place in line. I re-ordered on 2/15.
I'm hopeing to get my order delivered sometime in late May.

With rguns fessing up to "if you ordered after January 8th you'll be waiting quite a while" I decided to buy the 16" upper (without BCG or Charge handle) from PSA and the BCG they had on there recently. At least I'll actually have those in hand in around 15 days and my first build will finally be complete. I'm still letting the rguns order ride.

The credit card I used for my rguns order is tied to a line of credit. Since I used the funds earmarked for rguns to buy my parts from PSA one of two things will happen 1.) I will have rebuilt enough funds in the line of credit to cover the purchase if/when it happens and I'll have an inexpensive complete upper for another build, or 2.) There won't be enough funds and it will either not authorize and my order will be cancelled, or it will overdraw the line and I'll have some fees for going over my limit. Thankfully it's through my credit union so they are pretty reasonable on fees and such. In any case it's been over 30 days and since rguns hasn't delivered a product or explained the extended delay I don't feel an obligation to contact them to explain my situation either.

It was discussed in this thread on page 20. A member had emailed them and they responded that they have a 20,000 order backlog, and that anybody that ordered after 1/08 will be waiting "A while" as they put it. Do a google earth satellite and street view of the tiny storefront they work out of and let me know if you think it'll be "a while" or not. I'm estimating that if they even honor my order from 02/11 it won't ship till late May or mid-June.

I sent the email and they said they had 20,000 orders in house and my order would be a while. They actually charged my card and sent me a notification a week later. The comment about ordering after 1/8 was purely speculation in my part. It's taking about 3 and a half months from order to arrival.

I have been busy or I would have put pics up sooner. Easy build, but the finish of some of lower part was almost rusty! The fit of the LPK was good. I had a hard time seating the barrel into the upper. The aligning tit on the barrel wouldn't freely go into the slot on the upper. All in all not a bad build considering the panic. I bought the lower from AIM for $80.00 on national buy ammunition day, which was 11/5/2012, the day before the presidential election.

My UPS shipping label that I received has not been updated yet. I have read on this forum where some people have received their shipping labels and then it still took a couple of weeks for it to ship. Or I may not receive any updates and it may just show up on my doorstep this week.

I received my UPS shipping label by email and my cc was charged on 3/27.
The excitement was in my blood. I keep checking the shipping label from UPS every day and it still says that when they receive the package shipping updates will show. I thought that the end was near and my build would be complete until I read the above. I certainly hope that I don't have another month or longer to wait.
I guess there is nothing I can do about it though besides sit and wait and check emails and this forum.

I received my shipping notification on 3/29. I got UPS alert email yesterday saying that my package is being delivered today...eventhough when I track it, it still says "a shipping label has been created". I'm assuming your package is on its way and in transit. UPS need to provide some play-by-play analysis of our packages.

I stand corrected. I called UPS and said that I received an email stating a delivery date for today, yet when I track it, it says that only a label has been created. So customer service said the email was sent based on the estimated delivery date based on the day the label was created and that they do not have the package. So it looks like I won't be getting a package today. It's been a week since they created the label. The waiting continues....@-holes.

The UPS software automatically generates the delivery date when a shipping label is created. It assumes they will receive the package the same day the label is created.

I think there are a few of us with uppers who had shipping labels generated around the 29th. I'd guess we have another week or two before they go out but maybe we'll be surprised!

Just putting together what has been discussed so far I "think" they are doing something similar to the following steps:

1. check email box for cancellation email from next order in line.
2. if order cancelled proceed to next order in line.
3. if no cancellation email present then charge card, create UPS label, and ship item.
4. If item requires assembly ship when complete.

I would guess that their credit processing software generates a shipping tag whenever they charge a card. That would probably be the best explanation of the wait time after payment and UPS tag creation.

I agree. It seems like the people getting hit with the 2-4 week wait after the shipping label is created are people with complete uppers. All of the people who had items actually shipped soon after the label was created had BCG's only.

Well it's been fun holding out with you guys as we waited, but I'm cancelling my order with these morons. This is WAY worse than anything I've heard about them to date. I can deal with crummy customer service (full voice mail, email box, rude, etc.) if you at least get quality stuff, but if you can break an ear off with a finger and then you get the finger from them instead of a replacement then I'm out. What if there's a problem with the upper that I ordered, and am currently waiting on? It'll be my fault and no replacement judging from this video. Too much money to gamble like that.

Well, after 84 days, I see that RGuns charged my CC today. Can't say I'm not surprised because I am. Glad I held out this long, though I did order another last week when it popped up at AIM surplus for $120.

That guy seems oblivious of the state to the industry in the last 5 months.

Most companies will tell you NOT to bother calling. He got his pants in a wad after he broke his lower.
