Just wondering if the same rules apply for accuracy. So 45acp let's say with factory ball it hits high and left and I reload will poi shift with different charge weights? I have a glock .40 that hits high left I will not reload for it but if I don't like what I see out of my 1911 I want to know my options.

Short answer , yes.

I did a test where I got new brass , trimmed it and weighted out all my bullets .

I loaded it all by hand on a single stage press.  It did result in much tighter groups but it was a lot of work for the amount of .45 I shoot.

My regular load is good enough.

Yes different loads can and often do impact in different locations.

I'm having to deal with this now using my cast bullet loads in 9mm. Since I have no way to adjust for elevation and am near the limits of my cast bullet it looks like buying an adjustable sight is my only fix. (Mine shoot too low.)

I figured,I'm going to have to try different range ammo for my glocks until I find what it likes. I'll reload for the rest.
