Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Refinishing Colt lowers

So if I mate a preban Colt lower with an brand new Colt M4A3 upper, the finishes will not match.  Do you consider this a big deal?  If it is worth the trouble to refinish the lower, how would you do it?
