I hate camo rifles, BUT this is the MOST BEAUTIFUL job I have ever seen, and I live less than 20 minutes from Lauer who does this. I go there at least once a week, and see what they do. I have never seen anything camo from them that I really liked or would have done to my rifles, but you my friend have changed my mind.

The only thing you did wrong was you should have taken pictures as you were doing it, and posted them so we could learn the right way to do this.

Thanks for the kind words guys. The extreme digitals are by far our most popular pattern. I have done a how with a sinple pattern, but the digitals would take up about 4 pages and god knows how many man hours. They arent really hard to do they just require a lot of attention to detail & are very time consuming. Each pattern is custom hand cut for the rifle and contours where it will lay. It normally takes 16 to 18 hrs to lay a three colored detailed digital pattern.

This one is mine & I did it in the garage at home. I didnt have a lot of time to do the small detail I normally put on them. Like this one:

Very nice work.

if you wouldn't mind, what make L1A1? What compliance parts? I just built an L1A1 myself on a DSA upper, I love mine!!!

What are you using, Gunkote, Dura coat?
It looks very good, what are your rates for a FAL done like that?

This rifle is done in CeraKote (black) and Polane T green & tan.

I really like the looks of some of the CeraKote colors and always wanted to try mixing the two coatings (one on top of the other). Since this is my own rifle I wanted to see how Polane would stick to and wear on top of CeraKote. SO far its wearing like iron. I'll give it another month or two of abuse and if it is ok I will be able to offer using both coatings on customer weapons.

We have a rifle / optics combo package that includes the rifle, (1) magazine, scope base, scope rings, & scope. The cost for a three color extreme digital pattern like the one on my L1A1 is $490 + shipping.
