I have and older 10130B/UV tube that is cracked around the back. When put in a unit it will work for a while and then it "pushes out" the center of the tube and stops working until I disassemble the tube and push it together. Then it will work for a while again but within an hour will stop working. I would like to have it worked on or "repotted" to work again as it is actually a decent tube for an older "B". Does anyone offer this service and what should I expect to pay? Thanks!

Repotting is expensive and usually not economical. With a tube of that age it is just not worth it. The cost to do it would exceed the value of that tube. AEO is who I would call and you can ring them for a price. I think it is around 700 bucks but I have not asked in a while. It is a labor intensive process which is why the cost is high.
