I had a problem with an older RCBS case trimmer and bought some upgrade parts. When the parts arrived, I found that they would not work with my old trimmer body. I e-mailed RCBS asking about the problem. Within the hour, I had a response from one of their techs who told me to send my old trimmer and the parts I had just purchased back to RCBS and they would make the trimmer right- All at NO expense to me.

I have used RCBS for about 18 years now with no problems. Their quality is second to none and their service is excellent. Thank you RCBS!
