if its the plastic ones (orlites) i wouldnt get it unless they were dirt cheap. now the other ones the newer metal ones i heard are are par with USGI but since i havent personly used one i cant say for sure. but i can say from personal use USGI and Thermalites work well

The IDF dumped their domestic, cheaper-to-produce Orlites in favor of US-made USGI aluminum mags for a reason, and that reason is RELIABILITY. Why do you think we have so many Orlites on the US civilian market?
You should buy ONLY USGI mags, at least until you've bought all the USGI mags you think you'll ever need. Only then should you spend your money on lessor mags. Orlites should be restricted to range use only. -Troy |
